Educating kids with dog training methods
Previously to our first born, I've read the book: "Cesar's Way: The Natural, Everyday Guide to Understanding & Correcting Common Dog Problems" by Cesar Millan.
Reading page after page, I was amazed by the story of the man himself and by the wisdom shared. On how a pack behaves and how to dominate a group of dogs.
It seems to me that the view and methods are good not only for dogs but also with humans. A few months afterward I run into Amy Sutherland's book: "What Shamu Taught Me About Life, Love, and Marriage: Lessons for People from Animals and Their Trainers".

Amy, as a journalist, followed trainers in San Diego and tried their methods to train her husband. Awesome! I thought to my self, a woman wrote on behalf of training her husband. You can't get better than that.
First Amy wrote an article that became the 1# on the New York Times that year. Following the success of the article, she wrote her book. That's the approval I sought for.

I really recommend on reading the 2 books:
- Cesar Millan 's book: https://amzn.to/2Hj3V9Q
- Amy Sutherland's book: https://amzn.to/2K8vgcA
You'll for-sure consider using some of the professional trainer's tactics on your kids ;)
Rock on!
